I’m no design master, but I definitely clock in at Level 5 (I haven’t written a book yet!). Though, I’ve been using CSS all the way back to the time when I used it in conjunction with table layouts. Ick!
I’d say #5, CSS is the best game ever!
Ok, just kidding… But seriously the thought of a table-based layout gives me nightmares.
