Some good stuff there. Anybody here going?
I eat food. I listen to music. I sleep. Sometimes. I drink lots of coffee. I make pretty pictures. I talk to people. I believe in things. I write stuff. I take photographs. I have a laughing addiction. I am human.
As I mentioned before, I’ll be there! I’m really looking forward to it… I don’t really have a clear picture of what you look like, but if you recognize me you should come say hi.
Cool. I’ve got a picture of myself in my it’s all about me page, but it’s a little old and I doubt I’d be wearing a nice shirt like that…
‘Doh! Now I feel silly. I’m sure I have seen that picture before, but I forgot about it. Oh well, at least now I will probably be able to recognize you.
oops, sorry about that. it figures, for my birthday I’ll be driving cross country and you’ll be spending the day with Mike Davidson, Bryan Veloso, Kelly Goto, D. Keith Robinson, etc.
like to trade places? ;-p
anyway, enjoy yourself elliot, and I expect a full report
Your choices look pretty good. It took me a couple conferences (and someone else pointing it out) to realize that even more important than the topic of a session is the speaker(s). Sometimes I haven’t heard of anyone, which means topic is the way to go. But whenever possible, I go for the speaker, because if I know they’re good, they’re bound to be interesting no matter what the topic.
So, that said, I’m going, too. And I bet we’ll be in a lot of the same rooms.
@Zeerus: haha, no thanks.
@Adam: Yeah, there were a lot of people I really wanted to see, so I normally picked their stuff. Then when I hadn’t heard of any of ‘em, I just picked which topic looked the best.
Seeing as how I am one of the organizers of the conference I guess I will probably be there.
Please be sure to say hi if you see me. That goes for the rest of you too!
