No internet, no computers, no blogging…What was I thinking? 3:51 pm

Yeah, I’m going camping tomorrow through Sunday. This means no internet for like 4 days. No computers, either (too bad I don’t have that MacBook Pro yet).

I’m not really sure how I plan on surviving this, but I’m definitely bringing my mp3 player and plenty of batteries for my digital camera. Except I won’t be able to photoshop ‘em or upload them to Flickr until Sunday…

Dang. swan

    sorry about that. i’m going nuts trying to figure out how to comment !!

    anyway, enjoy bro

    Sorry ’bout that. It seems to happen to quite a few people…I should probably do something about that.

    Ok I’m officially stupid. Sorry about that previous comment.

    Anyway, I say that you’ll be crazy by day #3. I recently was without Internet for 5 days (b/c there was a problem with my provider) and it was worse than what I imagine drug withdrawal to be like.

    Good luck.

    @Erin: Heh, that’s what happened to josue, and most first-time commenters here. I changed the publish button to say “Post your thought” instead, maybe that’s a little more clear?

    Hopefully I can keep myself busy enough to stop the insanity, but I can guarantee you that I’ll be in this chair the moment I get back.

    Don’t worry about it. I went without Internet, TV, iPod, Junk Food, Movies, XBOX, and all that other good stuff for 28 days. If your really having fun out and about in the woods, you’ll forget all about the 21st Century.

  • Elliot Swan August 16th, 2006 @ 9:56 pm (#)

    @Mike: Wow…Now that I couldn’t do.

  • Anne August 17th, 2006 @ 6:33 am (#)

    Hm…I know I could do without internet for 28 days, but I wouldn’t do it on purpose!
    Have fun!

Say Something.
