I've always been interested in the notion of a lifestream, and why people are so open with their presence online. You go to just about anyone's blog and you instantly know more about them than any person you meet casually. Perhaps the more intriguing thing for me about lifestreams is what is running them under the hood. This guy http://www.i-marco.nl/stalker/ has one built off of Yahoo! Pipes of all things. This one http://www.yongfook.com/ is a photo lifestream with a growing stalk design, running off Sweetcron.

This is something I'd like to figure out how to make on my own sometime.
